The Kentucky Attorney General's office has just agreed to let Duke Energy increase natural gas delivery rates - again - this time by 10%.Because Duke wanted the increase, you see. And if a power company wants something in Kentucky, they get it.
This still faces approval from Kentucky utility regulators - but we all know that's one rubber stamp that never wears out, unfortunately.
