Book published, still unavailable

I've been getting loads of e-mails about this, but I can't answer 'em all, because my main website is down, so here goes it...

Last night, I sent my book in to the publisher. However, I haven't released it to the public yet, because I want to wait a few days to receive my proof copy (to make sure it's published properly).

It's tempting to release it this instant, but I want to be on the safe side.
