Kentucky bill would ban firearms for hate criminals

It's about time!

A new bill by Kentucky State Rep. Attica Scott (D-Louisville) titled H.B. 209 would make it a class D felony for those convicted of hate crimes to possess a firearm.

It's the sort of bill you can't imagine anyone possibly opposing - which is why the Republicans oppose it.
