ACLU sues over college drug tests

While the Tea Party movement falls silent on this issue, the ACLU fights!

Now that Linn State Technical College in Missouri has implemented forced drug testing of all students, the resulting lawsuit has followed even quicker than I expected. Within mere days, the ACLU has found 6 students to serve as plaintiffs in a federal lawsuit against the school.

To find that many students at such a small college to serve as plaintiffs that quickly is remarkable.

I don't see how there's a chance in hell the school can prevail on this - especially since the drug tests don't even meet the guidelines established by the Supreme Court.
