The annual Bellevue-Dayton Memorial Day Parade took place this morning. Last year's parade was canceled for some reason, but it's back!
While I was at the parade, I saw a grown man wearing an Elmo t-shirt. Also, I saw 2 people who were in such a festive mood that they bubbled.
