Today the Opening Day parade took place. I went down there, and the crowd size has recovered from the media-caused doldrums of several years ago. But the parade itself isn't nearly what it used to be before then.
The only celebrity look-alike I saw today was a Bobby McFerrin look-alike who was walking down Vine Street after the parade.
Also, during the parade, I saw 2 - count 'em, 2 - people who were in a festive enough mood that they bubbled.
