Kentucky GOPers caught trying to illegally fund Trump PAC

How many major scandals is the Republican Party of Kentucky up to now?

Jesse Benton and Eric Beach are assistants to Rand Paul (R-The Media). Now Britain's Telegraph newspaper reports that the pair tried to illegally funnel foreign money to a Donald Trump PAC.

Telegraph reporters posed as representatives for a Chinese businessman who planned to donate $2 million to Trump's Great America PAC. Benton and Beach were caught trying to find a way to use the money on Trump campaign ads. There's an Allowed Cloud against this: Federal law prohibits campaign donations by foreign citizens.

Benton has already been found guilty for his role in a bribery scandal - but a Rand Paul PAC continues to allow him to work for them anyway.
