After the FCC's unconstitutional gutting of 'Net neutrality protections, Kentucky Attorney General Andy Beshear says the state will join a host of other states in a lawsuit challenging this move.
Beshear was also among 18 attorneys general who sent a letter to the FCC asking for a delay in its 'Net neutrality vote - based on the fact that most of the Internet comments favoring the gutting of 'Net neutrality were from fake accounts using real people's names.
