Even in a media full of right-wing voices, the Washington Times is the only outlet I've seen so far that's had the unchecked audacity to advocate the looming renewal of the Patriot Act. The Times took this stance in an editorial today.
It's only fitting that a fascist paper would support a fascist law, I guess.
This is the same Washington Times whose founder says democracy is "Satan's harvest", so who's surprised?
The Times editorial also misrepresented President Obama's views on the Idiot Act.
One thing is for sure: The Patriot Act must go. I've already provided many reasons.
It's amazing what excuses the "libertarian" conservatives come up with to support the Idiot Act's continued ravages.
