Witnesses say bully lied about schoolmate sitting during Pledge

What? A school harasser lied about something? Gee, ya don't say!

Following an incident at a Florida high school in which a student admitted harassing a Muslim schoolmate, the harasser's side of the story is breaking down even further.

The bully tried to excuse her harassment by saying it was because the victim wouldn't stand during the Pledge of Allegiance. Even if this was true, it's still no justification for harassment. But it turns out the harasser is full of shit to begin with.

Several witnesses say the victim did stand during the Pledge. Others report that the harasser lied about walking past the victim's homeroom during the Pledge, as she was in her own homeroom at the time.

What this also means is that the bully confronted the victim without any provocation whatsoever.

Meanwhile, the school has decided to take pity on the harasser by reducing her suspension from 5 days to 3 days. Right-wing extremists have also made threatening calls to the school for punishing her at all.

Aw, pity the poor bully, waaah waaah waaah.
