Indiana school district makes drug tests mandatory

The Constitution is taking a beating in the New Albany-Floyd County school district in Indiana.

Today, the school board voted 5 to 0 to approve drug testing of any student - not just those in extracurricular activities. One thing is clear: A lawsuit looms. In 2001, a federal court ruled that schools in Lockney, Texas, could not have such a policy. (Right-wing extremists tried to run the plaintiff out of town for suing the school.)

Or maybe people will wuss out and sit on their hands in the hopes it will "fix itself."
