Washington to become first state to restore 'Net neutrality

The state of Washington is poised to become the first state to restore 'Net neutrality since the scuzzo Trump regime unconstitutionally gutted it.

State lawmakers have approved a 'Net neutrality bill that would apply to all ISP's - not just those with a state contract. Gov. Jay Inslee - who has promised to continue to enforce 'Net neutrality despite Trump's idiotic babblings - is expected to sign the bill into law. The Washington House approved it 93 to 5, and the Senate approved it 35 to 14.

The state may face lawsuits by telcom monopolies, who cry that state law is preempted by the FCC. Wrong. The Tenth Amendment gives this power to the states.

If the FCC does try to enforce its will in Washington state, its agents should be arrested and detained.
