ReplyDeleteThe Thriftway was dated but still OK..up to 1994ish when they got really dirty..Liked the Newport store better but still liked Krogers and IGA better than it..
Didn't like K-mart for FOOD (or much else)..Food there tasted funny (spoiled??)
Dug Emporium wasn't there long..Don't remember if they had FOOD or SNACKS!!
It was dumb for Kroger to move out of Highland Heights. They always close their busiest stores.
