Tea Party activist arrested for plotting mass shooting

Mark Lucian Feigin, 40, is a Tea Party activist who fills his Twitter feed with messages supporting Donald Trump. Now he's been arrested in Los Angeles for plotting a mass shooting against the Islamic Center of Southern California. Police found 9 guns and 250 pounds of ammo at his home.

Feigin has also threatened to start a civil war in the likely event that Trump loses the election.
