Our first September 100° day?

Is the Flat Earth crowd still going to insist climate change is a hoax?

I never thought I'd see 100° F in northern Kentucky in September, but here we are. I noticed it was utterly sweltering in here, so I just checked WUnderground and was taken aback at this:

A month from now, there'll probably be snow on the ground. These days, weather seems to go from one extreme to the other with no in-betweens. (Remember when there used to be those seasons called spring and fall?)

Is the cult of climate change denial satisfied now?

  1. ERROR. Correct high temperature was 91-93 this afternoon.

  2. Then would you care to tell me why it said 100.2° just a half-hour ago? Now it's at 99.4°, which is still higher than your 91 to 93°.

Which in turn is much higher than September 2's average high of 82°.

So even if you go by your numbers, it still shows climate change is real.

  3. I told, you it's an error. Look at the rest of the temperatures for greater Cincinnati on weather underground and check other weather web sites. Hebron, Ky., and the airport say around 100. Rest of Cincinnati is in upper 80s to low 90s. Always check your numbers to make sure they're accurate, Tim, the People are counting on you.

  4. The 100.2° figure was at the Newport Aquarium, which is nowhere near the airport.

So that makes more than one place around here where the temperature was around 100°.

  5. I meant aquarium, not airport. Hebron is the airport, I think. But if you want to think it was 10 degrees hotter on the Kentucky side of the river than in Cincinnati, don't let me stop you.

  6. Actually I just checked it again, and it's still 95° in Middletown. The difference would only be 5° at most.

  7. So Scheff you're saying this weather site is lying when it says it's over 100.

  8. Let's see...because your thermometer said it was 100 degrees, the globe must be warming?

    What's wrong with you?

  9. Let's see....because the measurements for Bush's cock said 1 inch, the globe must not be warming.

    What is wrong with you?
