The Conservative Fool Of The Day is...Lynn Jenkins!

Meet right-wing Rep. Lynn Jenkins (R-Kansas).

On second thought, you may not want to, because of her smug attitude towards her own constituents.

It appears as if Jenkins attended the Linda Lingle school of economics. She says the soaring fuel costs after 2001 are due to "excess regulation." Um, no, Lynn. Look who took control of the White House in 2001, Lynn. What new regulation on the oil industry has there been since then?

In addition to her apparent belief that capping fuel prices increases the price of fuel, Jenkins is more well-known for other public gaffes.

Last month, she urged her fellow Republicans to find a "great white hope" to oppose President Obama. When called out for this remark, Jenkins said, "I was unaware of any negative connotation."

You're an idiot, Lynn.

Now a damning video has surfaced showing Jenkins laughing at a woman in her district because she can't get health insurance.

It happened at a town hall meeting about health care. When a 27-year-old constituent talked about not being able to get medical care for herself or her 2-year-old son, Jenkins proved just how mean the Republican Right has become.

Jenkins spouted the usual "market" excuses for not reforming health care. Then she laughed at the woman and sniffed that people who lack insurance should "go be a grown-up."

The audience didn't buy Jenkins's bullshit.

Her behavior at this event was almost like that of a small-time Michele Bachmann.
