Tulsa sees record number of meth labs after Sudafed crackdown

It's another record!

No, I don't mean the good kind of record.

The city of Tulsa saw a record number of meth labs in 2009. Police records show that 315 such illegal labs were found last year - more than the previous 5 years combined.

Um, how's those pseudoephedrine logs working out again?

Last year also broke Tulsa's homicide record, with 70 killings.

Oklahoma was the first state that criminalized average people buying too much over-the-counter allergy drugs. See, now we know what happens when the failed War on Drugs makes criminals out of innocent allergy sufferers.

The new Sudafed limits have led to an increase in meth labs and violent crime. When will it end?
