When Bush went overseas to launch that bizarre harangue accusing Barack Obama and his supporters of being terrorists and Nazis, he didn't exactly make a good impression of America. But now Bush's babysitters say Obama wasn't the target of his diatribe. Actually, Jimmy Carter was.
