GOP loses Virginia Senate!

This is amazing! It's after midnight now, and (except in Mississsippi) the Republican losses are still mounting!

I saw this on Daily Kos and my eyes just about popped out of my head! I couldn't believe it, and I had to wait until I saw it somewhere else before posting about it here!

The Republicans have now officially lost control of the Virginia Senate!

Virginia, of all places!

I never saw that one coming. We're talking about Virginia here, the land of work-for-less laws, Southern suburbs, and Beltway intelligentsia. Not West Virginia. Just plain old Virginia!
