Republican mayor arrested on molestation charges

Let's play a new game called "Guess The Party Affiliation."

Mayor of a central Florida suburb...I'd guess Republican.

First elected to City Council in 2002...I'd guess Republican.

News article doesn't mention party affiliation when he's accused of wrongdoing...I'd guess Republican.

Arrested for molesting children...Yep, I'd guess Republican!

Jeff Krull is the mayor of Mascotte, Florida, who is up for reelection today. It's a hell of a time for him to be up for reelection, because just last night, Krull, 66, was arrested on 6 counts of lewd and lascivious molestation plus a count of showing lewd and lascivious material to a minor.

Police say they've investigated allegations by 3 children who say they've come over to Krull's house to play with his computer.

And yes, it's been confirmed that Jeff Krull is indeed a Republican. Surprised? I'm not.

The way the Republicans keep getting in trouble with the law lately, there won't be any left to vote next year.
