Years ago, it was discovered that rearranging the letters in "Spiro Agnew" formed the words "Grow a penis." Now there's a new anagram out, so read it and peep...
Rearrange the letters in:
"The environmental policy of George Bush's administration"
And you get:
"A dominant governor protecting the family oil business, eh?"
Pretty nifty, huh?
