War deaths soar in March

Are Bush's cultists still going to boast about how "tHe sUrGe iS w0rKiNg lololololol"?

The Iraqi Interior Ministry says that war deaths of Iraqi civilians and security forces soared in March following a recent spike in violence in that country. An official with the ministry says, "It's obvious that the killed and wounded have increased because of the military operation in Basra and the violence that erupted across the country after the operation started."

The numbers jumped from 633 dead civilians and 701 wounded in February to 923 dead and 1,358 wounded in March. Among soldiers, it jumped from 20 dead and 22 wounded to 54 dead and 100 wounded. Among police, it zoomed from 65 dead and 122 wounded to 102 dead and 173 wounded. Meanwhile, American troop fatalities also increased.

The sinking ship known as the Republicans and the media is still insisting the war is going great? (Yes, the media still claims the surge worked, which shows how far off in Loony Loony Land they are.)
