Wal-Mart must pay millions in discrimination suit

Wal-Mart is the discrimination nation!

The hated retailer reached an agreement with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission yesterday about its discriminatory hiring practices. The EEOC said Wal-Mart was bypassing women for jobs at its warehouse in London, Kentucky. Wal-Mart must now pay almost $12,000,000 for its biased hiring policies.

Knowing the Supreme Court lately, they probably wish they could reverse the ruling by saying Wal-Mart has a Corporate Free Speach Right to discriminate. In their matchbook law world, corporations have more rights than people do.
