RIAA supports putting viruses on computers

Because today is a day ending in 'y', the RIAA is on the warpath again.

RIAA president Cary Sherman says the recording industry should find a way to install viruses directly onto your computer - viruses that would secretly send your personal data to the RIAA and block file sharing.

If the RIAA gluttons pull this shit with me, I will see to it that they are charged with (at minimum) trespassing. If you can get charged with trespassing for visiting a public university library (which your tax dollars pay for), how is it not trespassing to place a virus on someone's computer?

Or is this another example of the RIAA being above the law, like when they hired thugs to impersonate police and raid homes?
