War ruins Iraqi medical system

Look, we've actually found a place whose health care system is worse than the one the Republicans have made Americans suffer under!

In the 5-year-long war in Iraq, that country's medical system has essentially been gutted by the war. And - I feel sorry even to say it on a national holiday, but it must be said - it's all the fault of Bush and his merry band of warmongers. If not for the war, this would not have happened. Period.

In the past 5 years, countless doctors have been killed and cancer patients have had to find their own drugs, which are almost impossible to come by now. It was so bad that death squads used ambulances and hospitals to carry out their killings. Many hospitals don't even have electricity now!

What's the excuse, wingnuts? Are Bush's Movementarians going to yell "THE SURGE IS WORKING!!!" again, which is one of their all-purpose answers to everything war-related since last spring?
